Our Service Ethos
Through clear, digestible and unintimidating language, our service estimates are written and itemized to keep our customers fully informed about the state of their bicycles. We invite you to bring your bicycle in for a full, free of charge, assessment throughout which we will go over all of its running systems, and assess exactly what it will need in order to get it back to optimal riding condition. Our customers and clients will always reserve the right to decline any recommended work, our main goal is to ensure that the bicycle leaves the shop performing as it should and riding better than you ever thought it could.

We’re a full service shop — our mechanics are trained & experienced with installing and servicing the full spectrum of bicycle technology that’s graced roads, trails, and tracks over the past forty years.
We can tackle any repair, setup, or bike build you may need, and we’re always clear, insightful, and above all honest about the equipment & service that’ll best support your cycling goals.

Bike Fitting
All of the gear in the world can’t make up for a good fit on your bike — if your posture isn’t correct, riding can be uncomfortable, painful, and exhausting. We take the task of bike fitting seriously. Let our expert fitter dial in your setup so that you can wring the most comfort, performance, and value out of your investment, and more importantly, the time you spend in the saddle.
Shop Rate: $100/hr

Basic Tune Up$100.00
• We log the bicycle’s make, model & serial number to ensure you have that information, in case you’d ever need it.
• A full frame & wheel inspection for any damage, cracks or dents.We will halt all work and call you immediately if we see any critical damage incurred to your frame or wheels. We will NOT continue any work on a bent or cracked frame.
• Spoke tension is measured, wheels are trued & variances in tension are accounted for, tires are inflated.
• The rear derailleur hanger alignment is visuallly checked and Derailleur is adjusted to spec. If hanger alignment is needed before adjustments can be made, customer consent for additional labor operation will be requested.
• If and or After the hanger alignment has been made, the rear derailleur is re-installed & limit screws, b-tension & cable tension are all thoroughly inspected & set up correctly.
• Front and rear brakes are adjusted to ensure that caliper mounting fasteners are all torqued to the correct specifications, brake pads are wearing evenly, & cables, housing and/or hydraulic hoses are set to the correct lengths.
• The front derailleur’s height & alignment are accounted for, & limit screws & cable tension are then set up.
• Headset bearing preload is checked & accounted for, also ensuring the steerer tube & handlebar clamp bolts are torqued to the correct specifications.
• We always make sure to use torque-limiting wrenches, especially when we’re dealing with sensitive materials like carbon fiber.A full bolt check is performed to ensure all fasteners are tightened to correct specification. Your bike is taken out for a test ride during which we check the gears, brakes, listen for sounds; rule out any potential issues not caught in our repair stands. Once the repair’s service ticket has been written up, we will call you and let you know your bike’s service has been completed and is ready to be picked up.

Full MTB Overhaul (including linkage)$625.00
Complete disassembly of bicycle (not including suspension). Front & rear hubs cleaned out and are repacked with fresh bearings, grease & hub cones if necessary. All cables and housing are replaced. Bottom bracket is removed & shell greased, bearings replaced if necessary. Headset pulled apart & bearings re greased or replaced if necessary. All drive train components cleaned in our industrial parts washer, pivots lubricated and reinstalled. Brake pads removed, inspected, calipers thoroughly cleaned & pads replaced if necessary. All systems addressed and set up to make your bike feel better than new.
**All parts costs are extra.

Singlespeed Tune$80.00
• We log the bicycle’s make, model & serial number to ensure you have that information, in case you’d ever need it.
• A full frame & wheel inspection for any damage, cracks or dents.
• Spoke tension is measured, wheels are trued & variances in tension are accounted for, hubs are injected with fresh grease, tires are inflated.
• Front and rear brakes are adjusted to ensure that caliper mounting fasteners are all torqued to the correct specifications, brake pads are wearing evenly, & cables, housing are set to the correct lengths.
• Headset bearing preload is checked & accounted for, also ensuring the steerer tube & handlebar clamp bolts are torqued to the correct specifications.
• Chain is tensioned and a final bolt check is performed before the test ride.Once the repair’s service ticket has been written up, we will call you and let you know your bike’s service has been completed and is ready to be picked up.

Junior Tune$65.00
• We log the bicycle’s make, model & serial number to ensure you have that information, in case you’d ever need it.
• A full frame & wheel inspection for any damage, cracks or dents.
• Wheels trued, tires are inflated.
• Brakes and gears are adjusted.
• Once the repair’s service ticket has been written up, we will call you and let you know your little one's bike is ready to be picked up. -
Commuter Tune Up$200.00
Mechanic's Recommended Service
We execute the exact repair process as stated within the Basic Tune Up service with the same amount of care and detail, plus additional key services pertaining to the every-day cyclist. A thorough cleaning & degreasing service of the drivetrain, bottom bracket adjustment, spoke tension mapping & balancing are important additional services to keep your bike riding as smoothly as possible. The drivetrain components (front & rear derailleurs, chain, cassette/freewheel & crankset) are removed and are put in our industrial parts cleaner. All of the accumulated dirt & grime is cleaned off of parts, they are then dried off with our air compressor & pivot points are lubricated appropriately.

Tire Installation (Flat Fix)$20.00
Per wheel, includes thorough inspection of rim tape, tire tread & sidewalls, any foreign bodies that may be trapped within the tire.
Rim tape & installation are extra if the rim tape is deemed to be cause of puncture.

Tubeless Tire Installation$40.00
Per wheel, includes installation of tubeless tape, valve & sealant. Tubeless tape, valve & sealant are all additional charges if not supplied.

Tubular Tire Installation$120.00
Per wheel, includes cleaning of rim & gluing of tire. We recommend you leave your wheel with us for at least three days to allow time for us to clean your rim, for the tire to stretch and for the glue to set after the tire has been installed.

Derailleur Adjustment$25.00
Per system, includes cable tension, limit screw & height/alignment adjustment. Rear derailleur hanger alignment is an additional charge.

Brake Adjustment (cable Brake System)$20.00
Per system, includes the adjustment and alignment of brake caliper.
Does not include the replacement of brake pads. -
Brake Pad Installation$25.00
Per system, includes setup of brake system. Brake pads sold separately.

Brake Bleed$50.00
Per system, brake pads install is not charged, if being replaced at the same time.

Minor Wheel True$25.00
Per wheel, starts at $15 and will be billed on time depending on the condition of the wheel.

Major Wheel True$50.00
Per wheel, performed when spokes are found to either be broken or when a significant variance in spoke tension across wheel necessitates a full wheel retensioning. We retension every wheel requiring a spoke replacement to ensure we can fully assess and remedy any potential for future spoke failures.

Wheel Build$145.00
Per wheel. Includes spoke calculation, rim tape installation & final spoke tension check with wheel under static load (tire installed & inflated). Installation & configuration of wheel into bicycle will be an additional charge.

Standard fender set installation. Custom fender set installation (Tanaka, Woody's, Honjo, Velo Orange, etc.) will be extra and will be billed on time taken.

Build Boxed Bike$150.00
Complete reassembly of bicycle from box, setup of all systems & full bolt check to ensure bicycle is safe to ride. A full inspection will be performed on the bicycle & a quote will be provided for any additional work it may need or that is recommended.
